Every homeowner who contacts Othersdesigned Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Othersdesigned Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@othersdesigned.garden and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
